Payments and Refunds
* All packages require a non refundable deposit of 50% or more.
* Deposit is good for one full year from date of cancellation.
* Remaining balances must be paid 48 hours prior to the wedding.
* Credit card, cash or Paypal are acceptable forms of payment.
* No checks, money orders or certified checks are allowed.
* No refund is given for weddings canceled within two weeks of the wedding date.
* All final payments are complete, final and non refundable.
* Payments in excess of the minimum deposit, and within the approved cancellation policy, will be
refunded within 30 days of cancellation by check or credit card refund to the original card used.
Inclement Weather
* There are no refunds for inclement weather.
* Couples should always have a back up location.
* It is not our responsibility to arrange alternative locations for weddings that are
located outdoors or canceled because of weather.
* We will make every effort to accommodate couples who must reschedule their weddings due to weather.
* It remains the responsibility of the couple to call the reschedule.
* Weddings that are started late for any reason, will be charged $100.00 per hour
extra for all personnel of Los Angeles Beach Weddings including the but not limited too the officiant, coordinator,
set up labor, photographer. The late charge will be assessed and
photographs, CD and or marriage license will be held until payment is made in full.
Particulars
*Couples must come dressed in wedding attire.
*No alcoholic beverages are allowed at any beach, park or public location without a permit.
*Couples, wedding party and guests must be at the location 30 minutes prior to your scheduled wedding.
*Weddings begin exactly at the time they are scheduled.
*Weddings will not be delayed due to late guests or parking issue.
*No refunds available for any wedding rescheduled due to late arrival.
*A re-booking fee of $100.00 will be charged to any rescheduled wedding.
*Parking and traffic are not acceptable reasons for a wedding to be late. Please allow adequate time to park.
*Parking is the sole responsibility of the wedding party and guests.
*Los Angeles Beach Weddings reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Marriage license refunds and responsibilities
* Marriage licenses are issued using the information applicants provide.
*You are responsible for all the information submitted online for the applications.
*Any mistakes made, either spelling or incorrect dates become your responsibility and may result in an additional charge of $70.00 to be
applied to issue a new license if found incorrect.
* Once license is issued, there are no refunds.
* The notary is not responsible for any errors or omissions or fraudulent statements
made on the part of the applicants.
* Double check your applications before submitting for any possible errors.
